GATHERING PURPOSE

Uniting Leaders To See San Antonio Transformed,
"For Such A Time As This." - Esther 4:14

Seek first The Kingdom of God and His righteousness is what we believe and agree with. God is calling us to awaken His people and be a lighthouse to the nations.

As a collaboration of ministry partners; Every Square Inch, San Antonio Church Planting Network, Baptist Student Ministries, The Navigators and Assemble have come together to unify and catalyze the body of Christ across the City.
We are gathering leaders to discuss disciple making movement best practices, to learn, partner & practice disciple-making together toward for the transformation of the City of San Antonio.

Our desire is to unleash a wave of new kingdom initiatives, seeing new churches being planted, marketplace ministries being started and the gospel saturating every square inch of the city.

KIRK FREEMAN

Kirk Freeman isn’t an expert at reproducible disciple making, but he’s unswervingly committed to it.  He’s also committed to helping pastors who are looking to weave disciple making into the fabric of their church. After pursuing a career as a country music songwriter, he realized he wasn’t as good as his mother said he was.

He spent a decade in the Christian publishing industry in Nashville and Dallas, before graduating from seminary and joining a church staff team first as their Worship Pastor and then as Executive Pastor.

In 2002 he and his family moved to San Antonio to plant CrossBridge Community Church where he has been lead pastor for over 20 years. He and his wife, Debbie, met in elementary school and now have a growing family of wonderful daughters and sons-in-law.

Spent Matches

by Roy Moran
Spent Matches explores the possibility that a few small paradigm shifts within the church might make the difference between extinction and effectiveness.  In fact, taking a clue from the automobile industry, the church might be able to not only halt the rapid decay in attendance but also become an effective tool in achieving Jesus' final command.

Threads

by Kirk Freeman
In Threads, you’ll find how disciple making can be woven like threads into every aspect of your life, your family, and your church.

The approach is biblical, life-giving, and reproducible. It's all about learning to genuinely enjoy and follow Jesus in a way that we can show others.
